How does the tracking actually work?

You add a small tracking script to your website — a simple copy-paste, just like Google Analytics. It works on any site: Webflow, WordPress, Framer, custom-built, or even multiple sites at once. Then, when you publish a post on LinkedIn, X, or Instagram, Stover generates a tracked link. When someone clicks that link and lands on any of your pages, the script identifies which post brought them. If they fill out a form, book a call, or convert in any way — even days later — we attribute that conversion back to the original post. Attribution data is stored for 30 days in the visitor's browser, so even if someone bookmarks your page and comes back two weeks later, the link is preserved.

How accurate is the attribution?

90% accuracy on average. We track at the individual visitor level, not session level, which makes our attribution more reliable than tools like Google Analytics. Every click on a tracked link is recorded, and every form submission on your site is matched to its source. The 10% gap comes from edge cases: visitors who clear cookies, use multiple devices, or convert through a channel we can't instrument (like a phone call).
